Who can be listed in the Docselect directory ?

Docselect is a web directory is a register that lists all health professionals in Belgium, if you are part of it you can integrate our service to benefit from a quality directory and increase your visibility.

I am already listed in another directory. Would it really be useful to register with Docselect ?

Of course, there are several directories, but it is wise to give priority to registration in quality directories, knowing that we are doing everything possible to become the reference directory for health professionals.

What are the steps to follow after I register ?

After registering in the Docselect directory as a professional, you will receive an e-mail with a code at the address you provided to verify its validity, then you will be contacted by the administration to confirm your information. If everything is in order, the administration will then approve your account for posting in the directory.

How is my personal data secured ?

All personal data is encrypted and secured by Docselect using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can retrieve your entire patient database at any time as you are the owner.
Systems are monitored 24 hours a day, with on-call teams on call to provide any necessary intervention.

When do my patients receive an e-mail confirmation of their appointment ?

As soon as the appointment is booked, the patient will immediately receive an email summarizing their new appointment. It is necessary to confirm the appointment via your portal using this button so that the patient can receive a final confirmation.

How can a patient notify me of their absence ?

The patient has a list of all his appointments in his portal. From this list, he can cancel an appointment. The appointment will then disappear from your list of all appointments and from your agenda as well.
A notification will be sent to you by e-mail, or you will see it appear in your portal.

How do I cancel my appointments and automatically notify patients ?

In your portal, you have a list of all your appointments. For each appointment, a cancellation button in the form of a red icon is available. You can also delete the appointment via your agenda.
By confirming the cancellation, your patient will receive a notification by e-mail.

I work in several offices. Will I have several agendas ?

You will not have multiple agendas. You will have several “consultation addresses”.
By consulting your agenda, you will determine which address to display according to the days of your consultations.

I forgot my password to log in !

On the Docselect login screen, you have a “Forgot your password” link.
Simply enter your e-mail address and you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

I am willing to remain listed on Docselect, but without giving patients the ability to make an appointment.

It is possible. Simply uncheck the “Online” box for each type of consultation in “Services and issues treated”. However, if you want to give the possibility to schedule appointments only to patients who are already in follow-up with you, you must uncheck the “No” box for “Accept new patients” in your “Basic information”.
